I figured I'd do a write up for anyone that needed an idea on how to hang an AC off the window of their bus. It's a rough design but it works pretty good.
I used two 1" by 6" bolted together with some scrap lumber. The shelf is supported with two eye bolts and two straps running to the drip rails.
I used some left over foam adhesive to cushion the inside of the saddle. In addition, I took some scrap hot water pipe insulation and put that down for the shelf to sit on.
The whole thing is 15 wide by 22 long. It was pretty stable once you get the AC in place.

Kool design Greg......Only thing I would change is the color.
I believe that Orange and Blue would sell well once you are ready to go to mass production!!
