Lee said it was for a 70 bug. If yours ain't between 67-71, it'll be wrong.
Maybe the cable sheath is hanging on the firewall seal?
I've never had a problem with cables, but I always compare the old one with the new one before I install them too.
These are Latino/Latina made. But I'd bet my life that if Chinese were available for .50 less, your typical cheap American would stop buying the more expensive option.
Just like the guy selling 4 messed up t-shirts for $20 at all the shows nowadays.... I try to warn people. "It's so cool" they think. Once they get home they have a shirt with one sleeve way to long, or something else messed up. Meanwhile Mike and Tonya, and the others that sell quality, original design shirts have dismal sales, 'cause everyone needs to save a buck.
I'd sell German cables if they were available. They aren't, as far as I know. Even if I had them, I'd only move like 1 for every 10 of the cheap ones. Americans have done this to themselves. It's really sad. _________________ '69 Bug, 1776, dual kadrons, Web 111 cam

Well the bug I drove early to the event has finally come home.
Shane and I (mostly Shane) have come to the conclusion that the motor in the "Peach Pit" has a cam of some sort, hence the reason we could not get it to idle.
It runs thanks to Price automotive! |

I'm not really sure what Shane did, I think he peed in the float bowl or something like that. |
