Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out how to identify the motor in my VW.
I was told when I bought it the it's a 1800cc. But I'd like to confirm that....... How? Thanks _________________ Dakine/Rick R.

The only accurate way is to remove the heads and caliper the cylinders. And no this isn't a smart-alec reply:-) _________________ '69 Bug, 1776, dual kadrons, Web 111 cam

No big deal. Just hope it doesn't snap off. If it does break off, you can use a 3/8-16 tap to remove the broken piece. _________________ '69 Bug, 1776, dual kadrons, Web 111 cam

Thanks Clyde..... but after further investigation it looks like I am going to need some assistance. The Fuel Pump is up against the manifold, and I mean I have no idea how it was installed. Is there anyone that might want to lend a hand a swivel wrench and some experience? _________________ Dakine/Rick R.
